Drift South

Senior project and production leadership

Senior delivery leadership for
complex live programmes.

I work with agencies, brands and event teams when the brief is complex, the moving parts are stacking up, and the project needs a steady senior hand across planning, delivery and the floor.

Cape Town has always been home. I left for London in 2019 and spent the next 7 years delivering projects across some of the world's most recognised venues and brands. It was an incredible experience, but it also taught me that successful projects rarely come down to flashy ideas or big budgets. More often, they come down to clear thinking, good communication and people who can keep things moving when the pressure starts to build. Drift South is my way of bringing that experience home. I work alongside agencies, brands and event teams to provide senior delivery leadership, helping turn complex projects into clear plans and successful outcomes.

Services

Where I add value.

01. Getting Control Early

I help turn a loose brief into a workable plan, with roles, priorities and decision routes made clear before things get expensive.

02. Leading The Floor

From load-in to live delivery, I bring a calm senior presence that keeps suppliers, venues and teams moving in the same direction.

03. Protecting The Outcome

I stay close to scope, budget and supplier decisions so small changes do not quietly become costly problems.
