Drift South Projects is led by Dane Stirrat, a senior project lead and producer with 6.5 years’ delivery experience across complex corporate, cultural and brand-led work.
The focus is delivery structure, stakeholder confidence and commercial discipline, keeping programmes controlled as timelines compress and complexity increases.
Drift South typically operates as the senior point of accountability between stakeholders, agency teams, venues and suppliers, responsible for governance, delivery decisions and calm onsite execution.
